Brume & Brine Return Policy

At Brume & Brine, we want you to love the pieces you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most physical products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because of their custom nature, digital downloads, personalized items, and commissioned artwork are non-refundable.

 

How to Start a Return

 

Please email us at hello@brumeandbrine.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.


Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the item arrives back with us.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

 

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or design, simply reach out. Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and item condition requirements as returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (it happens—usually when the postal gremlins get involved), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

  • Items purchased on final sale


 

Shipping Your Return

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive the returned item.
